Cheesecake – Muffins with Nectarines
The perfect cheesecake – muffins with nectarines recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Quark
- 2 tbsp Semolina
- 50 g Butter
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 0,5 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 piece Egg
- 2 piece Fresh nectarines
- Briefly brew the nectarines, peel off the skin and finely dice the meat. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of sugar and set aside.
- Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice until frothy. Then stir in the quark. Finally add the semolina mixed with baking powder.
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Grease the muffin pan and fill it halfway with the batter, spread the nectarine cubes and cover with the remaining batter.
- Bake on the middle rack for about 20 minutes (toothpick test). Let the muffins cool in the tin and then let them cool completely in the refrigerator. Serve out of the fridge.
