Cheesecake on Puff Pastry
The perfect cheesecake on puff pastry recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 450 g Lowfat quark
- 6 Eggs
- 200 g Sugar
- 1 packet Cream pudding for cooking
- 1 role Puff pastry from refrigeration
Aside from that:
- Canned mandarin oranges
- Or canned peaches
- Sliced almonds
- Mix 6 egg yolks with sugar until creamy, then add quark and pudding powder. Beat the egg white with a pinch of salt until stiff and fold into the quark mixture. Refine as desired with mandarins or peaches. Line the mold with baking paper and bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Then switch down to 160 degrees and bake for another 20 minutes. Then decorate with fruit and almonds as desired.
