Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g buttermilk
- 75 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar (bourbon)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 3 biscuits (butter), approx. 5 g each
- 1 slice(s) lemon(s)
- 1 slice(s) lime(s)
- possibly vanilla sugar, for sprinkling

Rich in protein
Combine buttermilk, quark, vanilla sugar, lemon and lime juice in a tall mixing bowl, break the biscuits into small pieces, and add them. Blend everything until smooth. Pour the shake into a glass and garnish with lime and lemon slices. Sprinkle with vanilla sugar, if desired.
