Cauliflower salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small cauliflower
  • 1 large onion(s), cut into rings
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper
  • 1 shot of oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Divide the cauliflower into florets and cook in salted water until al dente. Place the cauliflower in a bowl. Bring the onion rings and spices to a boil in the broth and pour over the cauliflower. Let cool and finally add a dash of oil. It’s especially delicious on hot days as a side dish with bread or stir-fries.
