Waffles from Martina and Moritz

The perfect waffles from martina and moritz recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 125 gr Butter
  • 150 gr Flour
  • 0,5 Teaspoon. Baking powder
  • 3 Pc. Eggs
  • 200 ml. Milk or half milk and half cream
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 50 g Sugar
  1. Melt the butter in the saucepan, allow to cool. Mix flour + baking powder, add eggs, butter, salt and sugar. Mix everything together and let rest for 1/2 hour. The dough is best with a small ladle, amount about 2 tablespoons. put in a waffle iron.
  2. Bake until golden brown.
