Cheesecake with Peach

dough

  • 200 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 100 g Butter

fruit

  • 1 rifle Peaches half fruit

cheese

  • 1000 g Low-Fat quark drained in the sieve
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet Custard
  • 4 piece Egg yolk
  • 4 piece Protein
  • 1 some Grated organic lemon peel
  1. Dough: Mix all ingredients and process into a smooth kneading dough. Roll out the dough on the springform pan and form an approx. 2 cm high rim.
  2. 2nd fruit: Drain the peaches well in a colander and pat dry. Then spread on the kneading dough base.
  3. Cheese: Beat the 4 egg whites with some of the sugar until stiff.
  4. Put all other ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix with a hand mixer to a smooth mass. Pour the beaten egg white on top and carefully fold in with a whisk.
  5. Pour the cheese mixture over the peaches and smooth out. Bake the cake on the lowest rail in the preheated electric oven at 175 degrees for about 60-70 minutes.
  6. Unfortunately, it has become a little darker on one side. But that didn’t hurt the taste.
