Cheesecake with Peach
The perfect cheesecake with peach recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
dough
- 200 g Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 75 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 piece Egg
- 100 g Butter

- 1 rifle Peaches half fruit

- 1000 g Low-Fat quark drained in the sieve
- 150 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 packet Custard
- 4 piece Egg yolk
- 4 piece Protein
- 1 some Grated organic lemon peel
- Dough: Mix all ingredients and process into a smooth kneading dough. Roll out the dough on the springform pan and form an approx. 2 cm high rim.
- 2nd fruit: Drain the peaches well in a colander and pat dry. Then spread on the kneading dough base.
- Cheese: Beat the 4 egg whites with some of the sugar until stiff.
- Put all other ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix with a hand mixer to a smooth mass. Pour the beaten egg white on top and carefully fold in with a whisk.
- Pour the cheese mixture over the peaches and smooth out. Bake the cake on the lowest rail in the preheated electric oven at 175 degrees for about 60-70 minutes.
- Unfortunately, it has become a little darker on one side. But that didn’t hurt the taste.
