Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg quark (low-fat quark)
  • 125 g butter
  • 375 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp pudding powder (vanilla)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Squeeze the lemon. Mix all ingredients into a dough. Pour into a greased springform pan. Bake at 200°C for about 60 minutes.
