Chocolate chip pudding cookies

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 ½ cups flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 200 g butter
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, flavor of your choice
  • 2 eggs
  • 350 g nuts, dried fruit or sweets (M&Ms, chocolate chips, etc.)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

approx. 50 pieces

Mix the flour with the baking powder. Combine the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and pudding mix in a bowl and beat with a hand mixer for about 5 minutes until creamy. Then mix in the eggs. Gradually add the flour. Now fold in the nuts or sweets. You can, of course, mix both. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Use a teaspoon to scoop out small portions (or larger ones, if desired) and place them on the paper. The cookies won’t spread, so you don’t need to leave too much space between them. I get about 25 cookies on one sheet. Bake at 200°C for about 8-10 minutes. Makes about 50 cookies.
