Chef Salad with Kasseler
The perfect chef salad with kasseler recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

- 1 Lettuce hearts
- 0,5 Red peppers
- 1 Medium sized carrot
- 4 tbsp Grated Gouda
- 10 Date tomatoes
- 2 Eggs
- 6 NS. Kassel cold cuts
- 10 Olive filled
dressing
- 4 tbsp Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Remoulade
- 2 tsp Lemon fruit juice
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 Pr Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp Garden herbs:
- Salt and pepper
- Parsely
- Fresh thyme
- Oregano (wild marjoram)
- Chives fresh

- Wash the vegetables, drain them, clean, cut and arrange them in layers on 2 plates decoratively: lettuce in large cubes, paprika in small cubes. Grate the carrot and cut the tomatoes in half crosswise.
- Grate the cheese and pour over the vegetables. Cut the boiled eggs into eighths and top the salad with them. Roll up smoked pork, cut the olives crosswise and decorate the salad with them. The dressing and bread are enough (we had ciabatta and homemade wholemeal bread) This is again one of the many ideas to use leftovers quickly and tasty.

- Finely chop the garden herbs. Mix all other ingredients together and season with sugar, salt and pepper. Fold in herbs.
