Cherry and plum crumble

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g cherry(s), frozen
  • 4 plums
  • 1 tbsp, heaped crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp cane sugar or as needed
  • 100 g wholemeal spelt flour
  • 40 g brown cane sugar, approx.
  • 35 g butter, softened, or 30 g rapeseed oil
  • some vanilla powder or tonka bean zest

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Pit and finely dice the plums. Combine the cherries, plums, crème fraîche, and sugar and place in ovenproof serving dishes. Make the crumble by blending all the ingredients until the consistency is right. Sprinkle the crumble over the fruit. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20 minutes. A large casserole dish will take approximately 40-50 minutes. These two servings are calculated as dessert portions.
