Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g yogurt (whole milk)
- 1 white cabbage (approx. 1 kg)
- 2 can/n mandarin oranges, (a 314 ml)
- 75 g hazelnuts
- 100 g mayonnaise (salad mayonnaise)
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper, white from the mill
- 1 tbsp sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Clean, wash, and finely grate the cabbage. Drain the mandarin oranges, reserving the juice. Chop the nuts. Mix together the yogurt, salad mayonnaise, lemon juice, and 5-6 tablespoons of mandarin orange juice. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Mix with the cabbage, mandarin oranges, and nuts. Let stand for about 1 hour, then season again.
