Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter, soft
- 200 g sugar
- 4 m.-sized eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 125 g flour
- 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 1 tsp, smothered cinnamon
- 125 g hazelnuts, ground
- 70 g dark chocolate, grated
- 1 ½ jars of cherries
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
for 1 springform pan 28cm
Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Gradually, thoroughly beat in the eggs and salt. Finally, stir in the dry ingredients. Pour the batter into the prepared springform pan and smooth it out. Distribute the drained cherries on top and lightly press them into the batter. Bake on the second rack from the bottom at 170°C for about 40 minutes.
