Ingredients
 

dough

  • 2 Eggs
  • 75 ml Oil
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 150 g Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 75 ml Sparkling water

Covering

  • 2 packet Vanilla pudding
  • 2 Glasses Cherries

2. Topping

  • 2 cups Cream
  • 1 bag Instant gelatin
  • 2 bag Cappuccino powder

Also

  • Mocha beans for decoration

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 160 °. Line the springform pan with baking paper.
  • Put the dough ingredients in a bowl and stir on the high-speed mixer.
  • Put in the baking pan and bake for about 20 minutes, stick test.
  • Let the soil cool down for a day.
  • Pour off the cherries, cook a pudding with the juice and the pudding powder, add the cherries and place on the bottom. Put in the fridge and let it cool.
  • Whip the cream until stiff, fold in the cappuccino and the instant gelatine, spread on the cold cherry mixture, decorate with cappuccino and mocha beans,
