Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ½ liter pancake batter, unsweetened
- 1 jar sour cherries, pitted
- Fat for the casserole dish
- Powdered sugar for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Drain the cherries. Grease a small casserole dish (28 cm x 17 cm) with butter. Pour in the cherries and batter and bake in a preheated oven at approximately 190°C for about 30 minutes (until the casserole is golden brown). Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm.
