Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g flour
- 3 eggs
- 90 g sugar
- 250 ml milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 jar cherry(s) (approx. 750 g)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Whisk together the flour, eggs, and sugar, then slowly add the milk and salt. Drain the cherries and stir them in. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish or casserole dish and bake for about 35 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. It may be necessary to cover the casserole halfway through baking.
