Almond – Chocolate – Crossies

Ingredients for 40 servings:

  • 200 g chocolate coating, whole milk
  • 10 g butter
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 60 g cornflakes or oat flakes
  • 100 g almond(s), chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, stir in the butter and vanilla sugar. Fold in the oat flakes and almonds until completely coated with chocolate. Drop small heaps of the mixture onto a baking sheet using a teaspoon and refrigerate.
