Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g cherry(s), sweet
- 50 ml orange juice
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 350 ml milk, cold
- Chocolate, for garnishing
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Pit the cherries and puree them in a blender with the orange juice. Combine the cocoa powder with half of the milk and heat until the cocoa is dissolved. Let cool, then puree again with the cherry puree and the remaining milk. Pour into glasses and garnish with chocolate pieces.
