Cherry cold soup with yogurt

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g sweet cherries, pitted
  • 20 g cane sugar
  • 20 g oat flakes, fine
  • 150 g whole milk yogurt
  • 150 ml whole milk
  • some cinnamon, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Pit the cherries and blend them with the cane sugar, cinnamon, oats, yogurt, and milk using a hand blender. Refrigerate for half an hour, then enjoy cold. This cold soup is quick to make on very hot summer days and is filling but not too heavy. 412 kcal per serving.
