Cherry crispy dessert with amarettini

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 jar morello cherries, drained
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 100 g amaretti biscuits
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Crumble the amaretti biscuits in a freezer bag. Prepare two large glasses and fill them with amaretti crumbs to a depth of about 3 cm. Mix the quark with the milk. Sweeten with honey and sugar. Place about a quarter of the quark on each amaretti biscuit, followed by 1/4 of the cherries. Then layer the amaretti biscuits, quark, and more cherries in the glass. Add 1 tablespoon of quark to each glass and sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Tip: The dessert tastes better if it’s refrigerated for half an hour.
