Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 250 g butter, melted
  • 2 jar sour cherries

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Add the sifted flour and finally stir in the melted and cooled butter. Spread the batter onto a baking sheet and cover it densely with pitted sour cherries. Bake in the oven at 175°C for 30 minutes until golden brown.
