Cherry Jam with Rum Flavor

- 2 kg Sweet cherries
- 1 kg Preserving sugar 2: 1
- 1 Organic lemon
- 2 Bottle of Rumarorma
- 7 Twist-Off glasses
- Wash and stone the cherries. Bring to the boil with the preserving sugar and lemon juice. Let cook for approx. 7-10 minutes. Puree according to taste. Season to taste with rum aroma and make a gelling test. Pour into the rinsed jars and close immediately. Let it cool down overnight. Store in a cool and dark area.
