Cherry Mix
The perfect cherry mix recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 7 Milk roll
- 250 gr Quark
- 80 gr Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Lemon
- 20 g Liquid butter
- 200 ml Milk
- 400 g Cherries fresh
- Cinnamon and sugar
- Knead the chopped milk rolls in hot milk and melted butter. Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, quark, lemon peel and lemon juice well. Mix the halved cherries and the soaked milk roll and egg mixture. Finally, sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon mixture on top and bake on the middle rack at 200 degrees top / bottom heat.
