Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter, soft or margarine
  • 175 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 200 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 2 jars of cherries (sour cherries), 480 g each
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 1 cube of palm fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Beat the butter and sugar until fluffy, gradually adding the eggs. Sift the flour with the baking powder and cinnamon, then add gradually, then stir in the nuts. Finally, stir in the well-drained cherries. Spread the batter onto a greased or paper-lined baking sheet and bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes. For the glaze: Melt the chocolate, broken into pieces, with Palmin in a bain-marie and pour over the cooled cake.
