Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 packs of puff pastry, fresh
- 4 cups sour cream
- 2 packs of cream stiffener
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 200 g sugar
- 1 tbsp pudding powder (Galetta vanilla)
- 2 jars of sour cherries
- Desiccated coconut

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 30 minutes
extraordinary and delicious!
Roll out the puff pastry slightly and cut crosswise (!) into 5 strips each (10 in total). Then cover the strips with the cherries and roll them up. Bake at 200°C for approx. 20 minutes. Put the sour cream, sugar, vanilla sugar and cream stiffener in a bowl and mix well. Do not use a mixer or the mixture will be too runny! Finally, add the galetta and mix again carefully. Sprinkle desiccated coconut on a cake plate and then stack the rolls on top of each other in a pyramid. First four next to each other, then some cream, then three on top, some cream, then two, some cream and then the last roll on top. Spread the pyramid with the remaining cream and sprinkle with desiccated coconut. Refrigerate overnight.
