Cherry quark cake from the air fryer

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 40 g butter, soft
  • 2 eggs
  • 70 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 1 jar sour cherries, alternatively a can mandarins
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

for XXL hot air fryer

For the quark mixture, beat the butter, sugar, and two eggs with a mixer until fluffy. Then add the low-fat quark and vanilla sugar and mix briefly again. Then add the sachet of vanilla pudding powder and mix again. Line the bottom of a 20 cm springform pan with baking paper and grease the sides. Pour in the prepared quark mixture. Spread the well-drained cherries over the surface and press down lightly. Place the springform pan in the cooking basket of the air fryer. First, bake for 15 minutes at 160°C, then for 20 minutes at 140°C. If the quark mixture is still too soft, bake for a few more minutes at 120°C.
