Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g cherry(s), pitted
  • 180 g sugar
  • 1 lemon(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

for the ice cream machine

Cook fresh cherries and let them cool. Squeeze the lemon. Mix the cherries with sugar and lemon juice and let them sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Then, churn them in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
