Chester salmon and ham pancakes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 m.-sized eggs
  • 4 tbsp wheat flour
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 4 tbsp mineral water
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 12 slice(s) ham (salmon)
  • 12 slices of cheese (Chester)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Mix eggs, wheat flour, baking powder, and mineral water into a thin batter, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Then, in a 20 cm diameter nonstick pan, pre-fry small pancakes from the batter until light brown. Top each pancake with 3 slices of smoked ham and 3 slices of Cheshire cheese. Cover and finish cooking. Fold the pancakes together on the right and left sides and serve.
