- 100 g brown sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 2 tsp baking soda, optional
- 1 egg(s)
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 5 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
with chia seeds, from the loaf pan, approx. 8 slices
Peel the bananas, place them in a bowl, and mash them well with a fork (it’s okay if some small pieces remain). Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour the batter into a loaf pan. For the crispy crust, mix the brown sugar, cinnamon powder, and chia seeds and sprinkle over the batter. Place the pan in an oven preheated to 180°C and bake for exactly 45 minutes. Tip: Line the loaf pan with baking paper to ensure easy removal of the banana bread.
