Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 60 g chia seeds
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
- 250 ml whole milk
- 40 g walnut kernels
- 200 g oat flakes
- 2 pomegranates
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 30 minutes
with pomegranate seeds and oat flakes
Pour the chia seeds, vanilla sugar, and cinnamon into the milk and stir well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, chop the walnuts and mix with the oats. Add to the chia pudding along with the pomegranate seeds.
