Chia Pudding
The perfect chia pudding recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 tablespoon Chia seeds
- 250 ml Unsweetened almond milk
- 2 Apples
- 1 Banana
- 0,5 Blood orange juice
- 0,5 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Agave syrup
- 2 tablespoon Almond leaves
- Soak the chia seeds in almond milk overnight and place in the refrigerator.
- Wash the apples and remove the core. Peel the banana. You can also use a pear instead of a banana. Squeeze the juice out of half a blood orange.
- Put the banana and apples in a blender along with the orange juice, agave syrup and cinnamon and puree.
- Fill the chia pudding into glasses and pour the fruit pulp over them. Sprinkle with flaked almonds and let taste.
