Chia Pudding

The perfect chia pudding recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 250 ml Unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 Apples
  • 1 Banana
  • 0,5 Blood orange juice
  • 0,5 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Agave syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Almond leaves
  1. Soak the chia seeds in almond milk overnight and place in the refrigerator.
  2. Wash the apples and remove the core. Peel the banana. You can also use a pear instead of a banana. Squeeze the juice out of half a blood orange.
  3. Put the banana and apples in a blender along with the orange juice, agave syrup and cinnamon and puree.
  4. Fill the chia pudding into glasses and pour the fruit pulp over them. Sprinkle with flaked almonds and let taste.
