quick and easy

Mix the chia seeds with the milk and let it thicken for about an hour until it forms a pudding. In the meantime, slice half a banana. You can also use other fruits if you like. When the chia mixture resembles pudding, pour the banana slices into the glass on top of the pudding. Then pour in half a cup of yogurt. Drizzle with maple syrup or honey, if desired. Pour in the oatmeal, add the walnuts and sesame seeds, and serve with fresh fruit. I put this in a mason jar the day before and can have it for breakfast the next morning. This saves a lot of time and effort.
