Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g chicken, shredded
- 1 handful of mushrooms of your choice
- 1 zucchini
- some tomatoes, small, aromatic
- 3 slices of feta cheese, diced
- 1 pinch(s) garlic powder, if you like, you can also use fresh
- some nutmeg
- some spice mix (meat and gyro seasoning)
- salt and pepper
- Oil for frying

Wash the mushrooms and zucchini. Slice the mushrooms. Slice 2-3 tomatoes. Cut 2-3 slices of the feta cheese and dice them. Use a vegetable peeler to peel lengthwise strips from the zucchini to create the “noodles.” Lightly fry the chicken strips in a pan with a little oil (if you prefer fresh garlic, you can also fry it crushed). Add the mushrooms and fry until browned. Add the zucchini noodles and tomato slices and mix well. Stir the ingredients over medium heat until the zucchini noodles are cooked. Add the feta cheese cubes and let them soften in the heat. Season with garlic powder, nutmeg, meat and gyro seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste.
