Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 1 zucchini
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 250 g mushrooms, fresh
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp basil, frozen
- 1 tsp, heaped chicken bouillon, granulated
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
Instructions

quick pan dish – also suitable for food combining
Wash the vegetables, mushrooms, and chicken and cut into bite-sized pieces. Finely dice the onion and garlic and sauté in a little oil until translucent. Add the chicken cubes, sear them all over, and dust with paprika. Add the vegetables and mushrooms and sauté uncovered until tender. Finally, stir in the crème fraîche and season with stock, salt, and pepper, then add the basil. Let it simmer briefly. Serve with pasta or rice. Without it, it’s a food combining protein meal.
