  • 4 carrots, sliced
  • 1 spring onion(s), sliced
  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 300 g soy sprouts, fresh
  • 500 g vegetables (Chinese vegetables), frozen
  • Soy sauce
  • Oil (sesame oil)
  • Spice mix (Chinese spice)
  • Oil (peanut oil)

Cut the chicken breast fillets into strips and fry them in a little heated peanut oil in a wok over high heat until crispy. Next, add the carrots and cook with the meat for about 2-3 minutes over medium heat. Next, add the Chinese vegetables and bell peppers and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Finally, add the spring onions and sprouts and cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season the dish generously with Chinese spices and deglaze with soy sauce if desired. Rice or a rice/wild rice mix is ​​recommended as a side dish. Tip for those who like it extra spicy: Serve with sambal oelek.
