Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 onions, in rings
  • 1 jar soybeans
  • 150 ml meat broth
  • Soy sauce
  • Sambal Oelek
  • 250 g noodles (vermicelli)
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Oil (safflower oil)

Cut the chicken into cubes, marinate in a bowl with soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce for about 2 hours, then stir-fry in safflower oil in a wok. Add the onions and pepper strips and cook. Add the sliced ​​mushrooms and the bean sprouts and stir-fry everything for a few minutes, turning from the inside out. Meanwhile, cook the vermicelli according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside to drain. Season the meat mixture in the wok with soy sauce and sambal oelek. Pour in the broth, reduce briefly, add the noodles, and mix.
