Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 3 chicken breast fillets
- 1 bag of soup (onion soup)
- 1 bottle of sauce (Thousandisland salad dressing)
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 jar cranberries
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place them in a large casserole dish. Combine the onion soup, cream, and salad dressing in a bowl and pour over the chicken breasts. Place cranberry mounds on top of the mixture with a small spoon. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 30 minutes, then bake for another 30 minutes without the foil. This dish goes well with tagliatelle or rice.
