Chicken breast fillet in lemon sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 2 onions
  • 150 g peas (frozen)
  • 1 pack of cream
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly rosemary
  • Parsley
  • possibly sauce thickener, lighter
  • Oil for frying
  • some vegetable broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the chicken breast fillet and fry in oil. Season with salt and pepper. Peel the onions, slice them into strips, and add them. Add the frozen peas. Deglaze with a little vegetable stock. Simmer briefly. Then add the juice of one lemon. Add the cream and bring to a boil briefly. If the sauce is still too runny, add a little light sauce thickener to thicken it. Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot. Serve with croquettes and a green salad.
