Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 150 g natural yogurt
- salt and pepper
- 2 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
- 1 Piri chili pepper(s), pitted, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp rice wine / sake
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 12 hours 30 minutes
Combine all marinade ingredients thoroughly and place in a freezer bag. Add the washed and patted dry chicken breast fillets and mix well. Seal the bag tightly and refrigerate overnight. Then cook the chicken breast fillets in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes without turning.
