Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 chicken fillets
- 8 slices of bacon
- 32 slice(s) pickled ginger (gari)
- some wasabi paste
- n. B. Oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Spread out the bacon slices. Place four slices of gari on each slice. Spread a little wasabi paste on top. Wrap the fillets in the slices. Preheat the oven to 80°C (top/bottom heat) using a shallow dish. Sear the fillets on all sides in a pan with a little oil, place in the oven, and cook for about 20 minutes.
