Chicken Breast Fillet with Grapes

The perfect chicken breast fillet with grapes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Chicken breast fillets
  • 6 Discs Serrano ham
  • 300 g Fresh grapes
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 2 Branches Rosemary fresh
  • 100 ml Chicken broth
  • Pepper from the grinder
  1. Divide the chicken breast. Wash and pat dry. Then wrap pepper and a slice of spanish Serano ham.
  2. Wash, halve and core the grapes. Cut the spring onions into small rings.
  3. Fry the chicken breast in the hot oil in a saucepan, remove and set aside. Sweat the spring onions and grapes in the saucepan. Place the sprigs of rosemary and the chicken breast fillet on top. Pour in the chicken stock and bring to the boil briefly.
  4. Preheat the oven to 190 °. Cook the chicken breast fillet for about 15 minutes.
