The perfect vegetarian: potato patties with plum jam recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 5 raw Potatoes
- 1 fresh Chopped onion
- 1 piece Egg from the farm shop
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tbsp Flour
- Oil for frying
- 1 glass Plum jam
- Peel, wash and grate the potatoes. Add the chopped onion, salt and flour and stir everything well.
- Fry the patties in the hot oil on both sides.
- Plum jam is stored in the cellar 🙂
