Vegetarian: Potato Patties with Plum Jam

Ingredients
 

  • 5 raw Potatoes
  • 1 fresh Chopped onion
  • 1 piece Egg from the farm shop
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 glass Plum jam

Instructions
 

  • Peel, wash and grate the potatoes. Add the chopped onion, salt and flour and stir everything well.
  • Fry the patties in the hot oil on both sides.
  • Plum jam is stored in the cellar 🙂
