Vegetarian: Potato Patties with Plum Jam

The perfect vegetarian: potato patties with plum jam recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 5 raw Potatoes
  • 1 fresh Chopped onion
  • 1 piece Egg from the farm shop
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 glass Plum jam
  1. Peel, wash and grate the potatoes. Add the chopped onion, salt and flour and stir everything well.
  2. Fry the patties in the hot oil on both sides.
  3. Plum jam is stored in the cellar 🙂
