Salmon on Pan of Vegetables
The perfect salmon on pan of vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

- 3 Carrots
- 1 Red peppers
- 1 pole Leek
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- Sweet paprika
- Curry
- 100 g Chinese instant egg noodles in pieces

- 250 g Wild salmon
- Salt
- Pepper
- Flour
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- Cut vegetables and fry in oil in a high pan for 3-4 minutes. Season and deglaze with broth. Add the pasta. With the lid closed, let simmer for 3-4 minutes over a low heat. Stir every now and then, pasta soaks up the liquid. Stick them to the bottom, add some more broth.
- Salt and pepper thawed or fresh salmon and lightly dust both sides with flour. Sear both sides in oil in a second pan for about 2-3 minutes.
