Salmon on Pan of Vegetables

The perfect salmon on pan of vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Carrots
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 1 pole Leek
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • Sweet paprika
  • Curry
  • 100 g Chinese instant egg noodles in pieces

  • 250 g Wild salmon
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Flour
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  1. Cut vegetables and fry in oil in a high pan for 3-4 minutes. Season and deglaze with broth. Add the pasta. With the lid closed, let simmer for 3-4 minutes over a low heat. Stir every now and then, pasta soaks up the liquid. Stick them to the bottom, add some more broth.
  2. Salt and pepper thawed or fresh salmon and lightly dust both sides with flour. Sear both sides in oil in a second pan for about 2-3 minutes.
