  • 2 tbsp Apricot jam
  • 2 tbsp Peanut oil
  • 75 g Toasted sesame seeds
  • Salt, pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oven to 175 ° C top and bottom heat. Heat the peanut oil in a grill pan.
  • Salt and pepper the chicken breast fillet. Fry in hot peanut oil for 5 minutes on each side. Brush with apricot jam and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
