Ingredients
- 4 Chicken breast fillets
- 2 tbsp Apricot jam
- 2 tbsp Peanut oil
- 75 g Toasted sesame seeds
- Salt, pepper
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 175 ° C top and bottom heat. Heat the peanut oil in a grill pan.
- Salt and pepper the chicken breast fillet. Fry in hot peanut oil for 5 minutes on each side. Brush with apricot jam and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Place in a baking dish and bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
