Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 1 egg white
- 2 tbsp mustard, grainy
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1 bunch of chives
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Season the chicken breast fillets with pepper and salt. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and carefully fold in the mustard, mustard powder, chives, and breadcrumbs. Place the chicken breast fillets in a baking dish and spread with the egg white and mustard mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 200°C for about 20 minutes (the baking time depends on the thickness of the meat). Serve with a fresh mixed salad.
