Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g chicken breast
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 130 g herb cream cheese
- 140 g cream
- 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
- 180 g fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp parsley, freshly chopped
- n. B. Salt and pepper, freshly ground

Wash the chicken breast, dry thoroughly, and cut into strips. Mix the cream cheese with the cream and mustard. Heat the oil in a pan. Season the chicken strips, sear them in hot oil, and then remove them. Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and sauté. Deglaze with the herb cheese mixture and cook for about 2-3 minutes. The sauce should reduce slightly. Add the fried chicken strips and the parsley and heat through. Season to taste and serve.
