Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 tbsp quark (cottage cheese)
- 2 tbsp natural yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp thyme, chopped
- 1 tsp rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp onion(s), finely chopped
- n. B. Pfeffer
- n. B. Seasoned salt

In a mixing bowl, thoroughly mix the curd cheese and yogurt, drizzle with the olive oil. Add the lemon zest and, while stirring continuously, add the lemon juice. Add the thyme, rosemary, and onion and fold in well. Season with salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate, let it infuse, and taste. Depending on your needs, you can substitute the listed spices or spice blends for other spices.
