Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 chicken breasts, halved
- 100 g bacon (hamburger bacon)
- 50 g ham (prociutto)
- 100g mozzarella
- Balsamic vinegar
- sage

Cut pockets into the chicken breasts and fill with some freshly shredded sage. Then fill with mozzarella pieces and wafer-thinly sliced prosciutto. Season with mixed pepper and tightly wrap the bacon slices around them. Heat a frying pan without oil, sear the stuffed chicken breasts, and cook in an oven preheated to 150°C for about 20 minutes. Deglaze the pan with balsamic vinegar and thicken with a little butter. Slice the cooked chicken breasts diagonally. Serve with tagliatelle pasta.
