Chicken Breast with Chicory

The perfect chicken breast with chicory recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Chicken breast fillets of 180 g
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Curry
  • 8 Discs Breakfast bacon
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 4 small Chicory shrubs
  • 100 g Buko nature
  • 1 tbsp Cream
  • Black pepper from the mill
  1. Salt and pepper the chicken breast fillets and sprinkle with curry.
  2. Wrap two slices of bacon around the fillets and secure with small skewers.
  3. Fry the meat in oil until brown on all sides (approx. 10 minutes).
  4. Wash and clean the chicory shrubs, cut out the stalk base and cook in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes until al dente. Drain and place on a preheated plate.
  5. Mix the cream cheese with the cream, warm it up, season with pepper and pour over the chicory bushes. Serve the vegetables with the meat.
