Chicken Breast with Chicory
The perfect chicken breast with chicory recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Chicken breast fillets of 180 g
- Salt
- Pepper
- Curry
- 8 Discs Breakfast bacon
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 4 small Chicory shrubs
- 100 g Buko nature
- 1 tbsp Cream
- Black pepper from the mill
- Salt and pepper the chicken breast fillets and sprinkle with curry.
- Wrap two slices of bacon around the fillets and secure with small skewers.
- Fry the meat in oil until brown on all sides (approx. 10 minutes).
- Wash and clean the chicory shrubs, cut out the stalk base and cook in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes until al dente. Drain and place on a preheated plate.
- Mix the cream cheese with the cream, warm it up, season with pepper and pour over the chicory bushes. Serve the vegetables with the meat.
