Chicken Breast with Wild Kohlrabi
The perfect chicken breast with wild kohlrabi recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 g Kohlrabi fresh
- 1 g Onion
- Olive oil
green sauce:
- 250 g Soy yogurt
- 100 ml Soy cuisine
- 10 sheet Garlic mustard
- 3 sheet Giersch
- 5 sheet Dandelion
- 5 sheet Dead nettle
- 5 sheet Ribwort plantain
- 2 St. Fresh smooth parsley
- 1 bunch Arugula
Spices for sauce:
- Salt
- Cumin
- Ground coriander
- Curry
- Sweet paprika
- 1 tsp Tello fine
Chicken:
- 2 Chicken breast fillets
- Salt
- Curry
- Paprika
- Mondamin
- Rapeseed oil
- Peel the kohlrabi and cut into strips. Peel the onions and finely dice them. Braise both in olive oil.
- Put soy yoghurt, soy cuisine and the herbs in the blender and mix until a “poison-green” mixture is formed.
- In the meantime, season the chicken breast and heat the rapeseed oil in the pan. Dust the chicken breast with Mondamin just before frying it (it will be nice and crispy).
- Add the green sauce to the kohlrabi, season and serve.
