Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
topped with mozzarella
Rinse the chicken fillet with clean water, cut into cubes, and place in a fairly small bowl. Then marinate the meat with olive oil, soy sauce, sweet paprika, diced onion, crushed garlic clove, salt, and a little pepper. Mix the spices and the meat well and set aside. Wash the mushrooms, cut into 5-8 mm thick slices, place in a second bowl, and set aside. Cut or tear the broccoli into florets, wash, and place in a bowl and set aside. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 200-210°C (fan). To prevent the ingredients from releasing water during cooking, fry the mushrooms briefly and quickly for about 2 minutes in a little olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and remove. Then, in the same pot, fry the chicken fillet very briefly and quickly and remove. Add a teaspoon of flour to the same pot, deglaze with the vegetable stock, and bring to a boil briefly. Then reduce the heat to low. Meanwhile, bring another pot of water to a boil, add plenty of salt, and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and blanch the pasta and broccoli for a maximum of 1 minute. Drain both and add them to the pot with the vegetable stock. Add the meat and mushrooms, a dash of cream, and some chopped parsley. Mix the ingredients well. Note: Keep the heat on low to prevent it from boiling. Grease a suitable dish with butter and pour the entire contents of the pot into the dish. Dice the mozzarella and scatter it on top. Place the casserole in the oven for 12-15 minutes, until the cheese is lightly browned. Serve the pasta directly from the dish.
